Terms of Service

JOHNCODETECH is a venue where independent sellers list legitimate cybersecurity products, privacy tools, digital services, subscriptions and business setup services. We are not the seller of record for third-party listings.

We moderate listings, verify sellers and hold payments in escrow, but the contract for each purchase is between you and the seller.

You must give accurate registration details, keep your credentials private and enable two-factor authentication where offered. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend an account for policy breaches, fraud indicators, chargeback abuse or attempts to circumvent moderation.

Sellers confirm, for every listing, that they own the product or hold a licence or authorisation permitting its sale or delivery. False declarations end the account and forfeit pending payouts.

Sellers must deliver as described, answer buyers within a reasonable time, and comply with the platform rules of any third-party service involved.

Listings involving stolen credentials, hacked or compromised accounts, session cookies, authentication tokens, private messages, call recordings, personal-data databases, malware, phishing or anything obtained through unauthorized access are forbidden and are removed on detection.

Security-testing and recovery services require documented authorization from the owner of the target system or account.

Payments are processed by our payment providers. We never store raw card numbers or payment credentials. Funds are held until delivery is confirmed or a dispute is resolved.

Platform fees are disclosed in the seller dashboard before a listing is published.

The marketplace is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site and take effect 14 days after posting.
