Refund Policy
Digital goods are refundable when they fail to work, are not as described, or were never delivered. Each listing also states its own window.
Always refundable
A licence or download that never arrives, or that cannot be activated through no fault of yours.
A service that is materially not as described, or that the seller abandons.
A security-testing or recovery order that is cancelled because authorization could not be verified.
Usually not refundable
A redeemed licence that works as described but you changed your mind.
A completed service cycle on a monthly retainer.
Orders where you supplied incorrect delivery details and the seller has already delivered.
How to request
Open a refund request from the order, or contact support with the order ID. Attach the evidence: an activation error, the delivered files, or the message thread.
Sellers have 48 hours to respond. If they do not, or the answer is unreasonable, support decides. Escrowed funds are returned to your original payment method.
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold the legal right to sell every product and service they list on JOHNCODETECH.
