If a listing infringes your intellectual property or resells your software without authorisation, tell us and we will act.
What to include
Identification of the work or mark, the URL of the offending listing, and a description of the infringement.
Your contact details, a statement that you hold the rights or act for the rights holder, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised, and your signature.
Our response
Complete notices are actioned within two business days: the listing is unpublished and the seller is notified with a copy of the notice.
Repeat infringement ends the seller account.
Counter-notice
A seller who believes the removal was mistaken may submit a counter-notice with evidence of their licence or authorisation. If it is credible, the listing is restored and both parties are informed.
How to send it
Submit through the support form with the topic 'Report a prohibited listing', or email the address shown there. False claims may carry legal consequences.
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold the legal right to sell every product and service they list on JOHNCODETECH.
